How will the event be presented?
The March 2022 Day of Discovery event is VIRTUAL and will be hosted through an online learning platform.
The event will not be streamed live. You may watch the presentations any time from March 4 through March 10.
How can I access the event?
Those who have purchased DoD tickets will receive an email from Solex with the login link to access the training.
If you have purchased a ticket and do not see the email in your inbox, please check your junk or spam mail. If the email is not there, please contact our wonderful Customer Support team, and they will be able to resend the email to you.
Customer Support is available from Monday through Friday, from 9 am – 5 pm MST.
Customer Support will be open on Saturday, March 5, from 10 am – 2 pm MST. Please call on this date for DoD questions only.
When will I get the link to access the event?
The email will be sent out in the early morning hours of March 4. Please note, the date and time refers to Mountain Standard Time.

Where can I get the login information?
Details on how to login will be included in the email from Solex on March 4.

Can I view the content offline?
The event will be hosted on a platform that requires online access; Internet connection is required. You will not be able to view the event offline.
How many times can I watch the event?
You can watch each training as many times as you would like during the week of the event! Day of Discovery will be available from March 4 (in the early morning hours) to March 10, at 11:59 pm MST.
Because this will not be a LIVE event, there are no specific times when segments of the event will be aired. You will have full access to the entirety of the content during the dates listed above.
After March 10, access to Day of Discovery training will expire. Please make sure to watch everything you’d like to before March 10, at 11:59 p.m. MST.
How long will the event be available to view?
The event will be available from March 4 to March 10, at 11:59 pm MST. Day of Discovery will be available for you to view for 7 days at your convenience. After the seventh day, access will expire for all users and the content will no longer be available to view.
How many hours is the event?
There are close to 11 hours of content for Day of Discovery! We recommend watching it in segments throughout the seven days it’s available to you.
Will there be tech support if I encounter any problems logging in?
If you need assistance logging in, please contact our wonderful Customer Support team. They are available from Monday through Friday, from 9 am – 5 pm MST, and for DoD help only on Saturday, March 5 from 10 am- 2 pm MST.
How do I access the new products available during the event?
The new products are located in your back office, starting March 4. Simply follow the steps to place an order and you will find the “Day of Discovery” category specific for this event.
Here’s how you can get to the “Place Order” page:
- Log in to your back office (Click Here)
- Find the menu on the left side of the screen.
- The menu will expand and will give you the options to place an order, manage your subscription, and view your order history.
- Click on ‘Place Order’
- You will then be directed to the ‘Place Order’ page.
- The new Day of Discovery products will be the first section on the page.
- If you purchased a Day of Discovery Ticket, or you have been granted a ticket, remember to use the discount code at checkout!
- Hover over the ‘Orders’ option with the shopping cart icon.
Where do I access PDFs that are in DoD?
If a PDF is available, it will be located underneath the video on the DoD platform.
